Bistro Praha is one of several side-by-side casual restaurants — all with summer street-side seating — that take up 100A Street. It’s also the best of these restaurants, and features a charming, wood-paneled interior, a mural-covered wall, and very good Eastern European cooking. The menu offers a wide selection of light dishes, convenient for a quick meal or mid-afternoon snack. The entrees center on schnitzels, as well as a wonderful roast goose with sauerkraut. Desserts tend toward fancy, imposing confections such as Sacher torte. The clientele here is mainly young, stylish, and cosmopolitan. Service is friendly and relaxed.
