This comfortable, easy-on-the-pocket restaurant and watering hole is a nice alternative to the meat fest at most upscale downtown restaurants. The menu is a hybrid of Asian and North American cooking with lots of appetizers, salads, and tapas coming in under C$10 (US$8). Confit duck pot stickers, chicken enchiladas, beef bulgogi, and seared tuna salad with daikon are all delicious. The same high quality and diversity extends through the main courses. Come Thursday through Saturday to catch live jazz in the lounge. Service is both friendly and professional.
